SWEET CORNER: CHOCLATE CHERRY PUDDING RECIPE
(GLUTEN FREE and NO SUGAR ADDED-Refined)
Ingredients:
1 large banana
12- Cherries
2 Tablespoons of Almond Butter
Enjoy Chocolate Chips (any gluten free brand will do)
One plain Greek Yogurt( Can use Almond or Coconut if your Vegan) 5.3 OZ
Sweetener Packet- One Monk Fruit
Directions:
Cut 10 cherries up and throw out pits and stems. Put two cherries asde for garnish. Cut banana up and then throw cherry and banana up in blender and blend. Then add two tablespoons of almond butter and blend. Take a separate bowl and pour yogurt in and then combine mixture from the blender and mix. Add one packet of natural sweetener of choice. Take out and throw on some dark chocolate chips and cut up the two remaining cherries and add on as garnish. Then refrigerate for at least an hour or two and then take out and bon appetite!
*If you want to make for a larger group like a party just multiply the recipe servings by four. The above recipe serves one person to two people depending if you want share or split this dessert. Remember it's completely clean with no refined sugars.
